Research and Projects Manager

The CCSA is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Research and Projects Manager to join their London office.

This is a new role to manage and deliver the research and projects annual work programme for the CCSA – a growing trade association at the heart of an exciting new net zero industry.

You will need to identify opportunities to harness research to inform policy development and drive forward the acceleration of commercial deployment of CCUS.  You will oversee a number of projects and publication of papers by managing policy related research from conception to production and dissemination – contracting and managing external providers where appropriate. You will also be capable of delivering a programme of work to schedule, budget and the highest quality.

The role will require an understanding of regulated and market business models, including an ability to analyse data, interpret economic trends and modelling. It will involve coordinating and engaging Government, regulators and key stakeholders, including investors and CCUS developers and end users. You will work with members and stakeholders to identify new funding opportunities for projects and contribute to the overall programme strategy and annual budget processes.
