CCS Project Director – Cementitious Material

Aggregate Industries are looking for an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CCS Project Director specialising in Cementitious Material. In this role you will be   the driving force and primary architect behind their sustainable growth initiatives and will play a pivotal role in driving their transition towards a low-carbon and environmentally responsible future at Aggregate Industries and Holcim Group.

The main mission of the position is to manage the investment project of capturing CO2 emissions (CCS – Carbon Capture and Storage) and preparation and supervision of the project implementation with full responsibility for safety, budget and project implementation time.

You will be the Peak Cluster Lead & Carbon Capture to decarbonise the cement process focussing on community and stakeholder engagement, lobbying and applications for funding. Also line management responsibility for the Carbon Capture Project Manager who is focused on developing the engineering solution for the capture plant.
