Biography
I am currently studying for PhD at the University of Strathclyde, having completed my MSc Applied Geoscience (GeoEnergy) at the University of Edinburgh. My PhD focuses on shallow fault systems and the implications of these systems for the migration of stored subsurface fluids (e.g. CO2, H2, CH4) to the surface. This research aims to understand and build a safety case for effectively monitoring subsurface storage (e.g. CCS or Hydrogen) to ensure best practice and promote positive public perception of subsurface low-carbon geoenergy industries.
