On Wednesday 28th April 2021 at 12.00-2.30pm, join us for our ECR Awayday ‘Building your network and making the most of opportunities’, with key sessions on LinkedIn, secondment opportunities, and networking.
Taking place over lunchtime, the Awayday will look at practical ways to build your network and provide insight into current opportunities available to ECRs. You will hear about secondment opportunities open to ECRs at SSE Thermal, and at the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology, and there will be a session on using LinkedIn to build your network and find opportunities. The event will also include breakous sessions for peer-to-peer networking with similar research groups, and you will meet the new UKCCSRC ECR Working Group.
