The Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), working with the Open Innovation Team (OIT) and UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) is holding an Online Energy Policy Briefing on 23 February 2022 on ‘Built Environment’.
This briefing will focus on priorities for accelerating the journey to net zero buildings – policy technologies and enablers required to improve energy efficiency and grow markets for low carbon heating.
The UK Carbon Capture and Storage Research Community (UKCCSRC) is supported by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) as part of the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Energy Programme.
The mission of the UKCCSRC is to ensure that carbon capture and storage (CCS) plays an effective role in helping the UK achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
