ECR Virtual Awayday: ‘Positive Influencing Skills – Networking together’ – 10 February 2021

The UKCCSRC ECR Programme for 2021 is launching this February!
On Wednesday 10th February 12 -2.30pm our 2021 ECR programme kicks off with an extended lunchtime learning session filled with training, networking and the chance to find out more about the UKCCSRC 2021 ECR programme.
With a focus on individual personality types and working effectively with others, our lunchtime ‘Awayday’ includes training around Positive Influencing Skills, which will introduce tools for building effective, quality conversations and look at ways to adapt your communication style to work with different people. Networking is inbuilt into the session and you will hear from the UKCCSRC Secretariat about ECR opportunities and the role you can play in our 2021 ECR programme.
