Dr Chet Biliyok

Chet works at Petrofac as the Technical Director of New Energy Services, leading the technical development and delivery of Energy Transition projects. He has 17 years of experience in process design, project execution, technical consultancy and R&D across the energy industry. Chet has drawn on experience working in oil & gas to deliver projects in CCUS, renewable/low-carbon hydrogen and waste-to-fuels – recently serving as Process Consultant on the Stockholm Exergi BECCS Project and the FOV Oslo CCS Project, as the Process Lead during Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) of the Arrowsmith Green Hydrogen Project, and was part of the engineering team that delivered the Peterhead CCS FEED Project. He has a PhD from Cranfield University, where his research focused on CO2 Capture and has authored over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles. He is a Chartered Process Engineer, a member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and Project Management Professional (PMP).
