Gordon Research Seminar on CCUS: Removing Technological and Social Barriers to CO2 Emissions Reduction – 4-5 May 2019.

The Gordon Research Seminar on Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas. It will be help 4-5 May, 2019 in Les Diablerets, Switzerland.
The seminar will include a keynote speech by Prof. Sally Benson, and a  career panel by people of different career paths and stages, including Sam Krevor of Imperial College London, Sean McCoy of the University of Calgary, and Nathalie Casas of Climeworks. There will be ~10 student/post doc talks and a poster session.
The GRS will occur immediately before the associated Gordon Research Conference (GRC) on the same topic (May 5-10), which participants are also encouraged to attend. The GRC will provide an in-depth and interactive assessment of the state-of-the-art in CCUS research presented by leading experts, with ample opportunity for informal discussion and networking.
If you are a student/postdoc active in the field of CCUS, apply to be a speaker/discussion leader by 4th February!
