The UKCCSRC’s efforts to work collaboratively with international partners were strengthened today with the signing of two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) at the Centre’s Biannual Meeting in Cardiff.
The first MoU is between the UKCCSRC and the Dutch national R&D programme for CO2 capture, transport and storage, CATO-2 and the second is between the UKCCSRC and the Research Coordination Network on Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (RCN-CCUS), based at Columbia University in New York.
The ceremonial signing of the MoUs took place in the grand surroundings of Cardiff Castle where the UKCCSRC Biannual Meeting Networking Dinner was being held.
Prof Jon Gibbins, Director, UKCCSRC signed the MoUs with Jan Brouwer, Program Director, CATO-2 and Prof Alissa Park, PI, RCN-CCUS.
The UKCCSRC looks forward to working with these important international partners in the future.
